6 designer and stylish rooms are offered with all modern amenities to make your stay comfortable, relaxing and fun filled. 3 rooms are up for grabs on the ground floor and another 3 rooms (including one suite) are located on the first floor of Luxury Villa in Kanatal and every morning be rest assured that you’ll wake up to the most memorable views of forests, mountains and Pine trees.
All rooms have large double beds,Television, attached bathrooms, Tea/coffee makers, Hot water Geysers, Towels, Soap, Shampoo and Moisturizer.
The common living area has A beautiful fireplace & can comfortably seat 6 people, The dinning area is sufficient for 12 guest’s to enjoy sumptuous meals over memorable family conversations.
Big lawns measuring 11,000 sq ft with outdoor furniture, Balcony with seating area, Wifi internet and security camera’s have also been installed at our Family Cottage in Kanatal for the comfort & safety of our Esteemed guest’s.

Dehradun Airport is located approximately 80 kms away (2.30 hours drive).
Mussoorie mall road can be reached in 90 minutes – 45 kms
Dehradun & Rishikesh are the nearest rail heads- both located about 2 hours from Kanatal
Airport/Railway station pick up can be arranged at an additional cost.
Food Arrangements, House Rules, Pet Policy & Payment Terms at Villa in Kanatal :
1) Our Kitchen is equipped with Cooking range, Mixer & Grinder, Refrigerator, Toaster, Grille & A water purifier (Though we strongly advise guest’s to relish spring water from mountains and see instant change in their immunity levels, better sleep pattern and improved appetite)
2. Crockery and cutlery are provided
3. Pets not permitted
4. Bonfire and fire house usage are not included in the package cost and additional charges apply to avail these two facilities.
5) Vegetarian- Jain food- Non-Vegetarian Food is served, advance notice needed to arrange special dietary requirements.
6) Separate Accommodation for maids & drivers not available.
7) Smoking allowed in balconies and outdoor areas only.
8) Loud music permitted only and strictly till 9 PM.

Bookings are taken against 50% non-refundable advance and balance payment needs to be cleared 7 days prior to arrival, extra’s for food, room service, snacks and any additional service needs to be settled prior to departure.

We are also located very close to the extremely popular tourist location & picnic spot of Dhanaulti and enjoy horse rides along with visit to Bio diversity park, During your stay at our luxury villa & family cottage in Kanatal near Dhanaulti guest’s and children can enjoy full day of thrilling adventure activities at A theme park in Buranshkhand located only 15 minutes away from our Villa.
On prior information we can also arrange full-day jungle trekking, ird watching and picnic lunch in Kaudiyala Forest range,nestled in the laps of the magnificent Himalayas.
One hour drive from Villa in Kanatal will get you to the Tehri Dam which is fast becoming A major destination to enjoy water sports activities such as Para Sailing, Banana Boat Ride, Jet Ski etc (Adventure activities & things to do in Mussoorie, dhanaulti & Kanatal)
During your stay at Best Family Cottage in Kanatal you can do A challenging trekking expedition (duration approx 5 hours, difficulty level- high, not advisable for elderly and guest’s with breathing issues) to temple of local deity of Surkanda Devi as it involves steep climb and more than 300 stairs to complete the religious route.
